This lock is not that secure. I think a powerful tug on it would release the cable. The way the end of the cable is held in place by a small pressure from a rounded pin .. .. I will have to look for a thicker cable and more secure lock. Sorry.

Well designed for the "EZ" model Sportracks. Cable could be longer (cable is too short to fit through both wheels and frame). Lock is functional and looks good but I would recommend saving a few dollars and purchasing a standard cable lock from your local bike shop or department store. It will work just as well.

I bought this for a 4 bike carrier and it's nowhere near long enough. I can make it work for 2 bikes and maybe it's my own fault for not buying it after buying the bike rack. But it's works fine and it's easy to use.
